Sometimes when I kiss you!

Sometimes when I kiss you!

Sometimes when I kiss you, it’s his face that I see.
As he undressed, you feel his press, amour that was not me.

Sometimes when I hold you, you feel so far away.
His sweet caress, cause me distress, So I sometimes walk away.

Sometimes when I see you, I go right out of phase.
Is it his face you see?  When we glance a passing gaze.

Sometimes when I feel you, I also feel afraid.
A peace of heart broke apart, from a canoodle in a random place.

Sometimes when I need you, or just a passionate kiss.
A fear creaks up inside, that it’s from him that you wish.

Our love is not broken, although it’s on the mend.
I give you my heart, for another start, but lets not play pretend.

Holding you real close, soft and genteelly.
Is the only thing that I need right now for you to comfort me.

Thanks Zen, this one was hard to write and pained me deeply making me cry and whimper.

I don’t know where it comes from and I never knew I had it in me.

      • I used to be so afraid to write because of that. I’ll sit down and start writing and crying my eyes out. Then I stop because I don’t want to cry. But if I can get past the tears, it’s usually pretty good stuff. I can feel the pain in that piece.

You’re welcome. I appreciate your effort. Keep going. You have a lot more in you than you think.
