Hypervigilance informs us that our environment has become toxic to our present condition.
Looked at as a resource, the slightest rise in cognitive discomfort becomes a signal for us to change pace, pronto. Self discipline becomes self defence. If the folks close to you can learn to understand this about your process, it will help.

Due to my life at the moment I am experiencing many negative stimuli, objects in my home are taunting me as such and this is affecting my day to day running and pain thresholds.
I have noticed that during extreme bouts of stress these stimuli are intense and make my symptoms worsen.
There is defiantly something to be said about remaining positive as it effects YOU considerably.
