    That is valuable advice and a good practice. When I teach forgiveness I get my students to ask themselves 2 questions: 1. What am I benefitting by not forgiving? 2. What would I benefit from forgiving? These are powerful questions that unlock why you are where you are and how you might find a way to move forward.
