Fibromyalgia Mystery Finally Solved! Researchers Find Main Source of Pain in Blood Vessels

Researchers have found the main source of pain in Fibromyalgia patients, and contrary to what many believe, it does not stem from the brain. The findings mark the end of a decades-old mystery about the disease, which many doctors believed was conjured in patients’ imaginations. The mystery of Fibromyalgia has left millions of sufferers searching for hope in pain medications. Up until recently, many physicians thought that the disease was “imaginary” or psychological, but scientists have now revealed that the main source of pain stems from a most unlikely place- excess blood vessels in the hand.

The discovery may lead to new treatments and perhaps even a total cure in the future, bringing relief to as many as 5 million Americans thought to have the disease. To solve the Fibromyalgia mystery, researchers zeroed in on the skin from the hand of one patient who had a lack of the sensory nerve fibers, causing a reduced reaction to pain. They then took skin samples from the hands of Fibromyalgia patients and were surprised to find an extremely excessive amount of a particular type of nerve fiber called arteriole-venule (AV) shunts.

Up until this point scientists had thought that these fibers were only responsible for regulating blood flow, and did not play any role in pain sensation, but now they’ve discovered that there is a direct link between these nerves and the widespread body pain that Fibromyalgia sufferers feel.

The breakthrough also could solve the lingering question of why many sufferers have extremely painful hands as well as other “tender points” throughout the body, and why cold weather seems to aggravate the symptoms. In addition to feeling widespread deep tissue pain, many Fibromyalgia patients also suffer from debilitating fatigue.

Neuroscientist Dr. Frank L. Rice explained: “We previously thought that these nerve endings were only involved in regulating blood flow at a subconscious level, yet here we had evidences that the blood vessel endings could also contribute to our conscious sense of touch… and also pain,” Rice said. “This mismanaged blood flow could be the source of muscular pain and achiness, and the sense of fatigue which are thought to be due to a build-up of lactic acid and low levels of inflammation fibromyalgia patients. This, in turn, could contribute to the hyperactivity in the brain.”

Current treatments for the disease have not brought complete relief to the millions of sufferers. Therapies include narcotic pain medicines; anti-seizure drugs, anti-depressants and even simple advice such as “get more sleep and exercise regularly.” Now that the cause of Fibromyalgia has been pinpointed, patients are looking forward to an eventual cure. Other expressed frustration about how much they had suffered already:

“When are they ever going to figure out that things are never “all in your head?” said one commenter. “Whenever something doesn’t fit in their tiny little understanding, they belittle the patient and tell them they are crazy. People have suffered through this since they were invented. Prescribing SSRIs for everything is not the answer any more than a lobotomy or hysterectomy was.”

The announcement has the potential to unlock better future treatments and undoubtedly has patients all over the world rejoicing that the mystery of Fibromyalgia has finally been solved.

Blame EGO

Regardless of BLAME, a socially conditioned construct in my opinion, used to divide and conquer, that even our governments use to void all responsibility and pass the buck, Human lives are being lost, children, whole families, this is not a problem of one location but one of an entire planets lack of evolution, empathy and compassion, as most are simply stuck in a place of apathy due to their own unconscious thought processes and /or negative self beliefs.

It is their fault, look what they did, they did it to me, why me, my God is bigger than your God are all realms of the ego, it is about time we evolved consciously past the place of being nothing more than an automated response triggered by thought processes, possibly of false beliefs or socio-economic conditions to a place of witnessing, to observe, to be.

WE are Human Beings however our current philosophy that is globally manifesting on this realm is that of a HUMAN the thing, the object, a possession, we are not persons of fiction, nor are we possessions..

Where is the being in Human Being?

Life is this very moment, not yesterday or tomorrow but NOW.

When we all awaken to the concept that living in this very instant, is our lives and not the blame, the resentment or the my story of yesterday, we can move forwards, evolve, spiritually, mentally and work as one people, one planet after all we all do live here.

I am tired of my football team is better than yours, or my country is better than yours, it is okay to be different, to be unique, we do not all have to agree or even be right or wrong, what matters is that we work towards the greater good of all beings, namaste.

Facebook just announced that it’s going to sell our data

Facebook just announced that it’s going to sell our data to big ad companies. This is a massive and dangerous breach of privacy, for you and for the 1.2 billion other Facebook users out there.

Facebook says it’s doing this so that users can enjoy a more relevant “ad experience,” but in reality it’s because our data is like gold — and Facebook is ready to make millions in profit selling our personal information.

The social media giant has been getting a lot of heat lately for not respecting its users’ right to privacy. The addition of this feature to its website and mobile app is set to come out in the next few weeks. The clock is ticking, but if we act now, we can stop Facebook before it starts.

Tell Facebook not to sell its users’ personal information to big ad companies.

This development comes at a time when the most famous social media company is facing the heat for doing expirements on how to manipulate its users’ emotions. It’s high time Facebook respects our rights as users.

Until now, Facebook has steered clear from directly selling your data to advertisers. The ads you see in the Facebook sidebar come through third-party companies that pilfer your browsing history and populate Facebook with relevant ads. If you just searched for a new pair of sandals, for instance, sandal ads from major shoe companies will probably start to pop up in your sidebar.

That’s annoying, but things are about to get downright creepy. Facebook will be able to track your every move online thanks to a little tracking beacon that works even when you’re logged out of Facebook — it will give it a treasure trove of information about you that advertisers have been dying to get their hands on. And we won’t be able to ignore these new ads, because now they’ll show up right in our news feeds.

Facebook is insisting that the ad feature is an opt-out, but it is a rather tedious process: you have to opt-out in several advertisers websites, and the opt-out is not always working. Plus, when you log into Facebook on another browser or a new computer, you will have to go through the lengthy opt-out process again.

The company also claims that users want to see ads that “are more relevant to their interests,” but we can’t help but think that most users would rather not be stalked online than see more relevant ads.

Facebook should protect the privacy of its users, not sell it away.

Facebook: Protect our right to privacy — do not sell off our information to advertisers.
Thanks for all you do,
Taren, Cami and the team at SumOfUs.org

Songs of the moment update ;)

Modern ‪#‎Slavery‬ defined.

Modern ‪#‎Slavery‬ defined.

Your ‪#‎birthcertificate‬ makes you the ‪#‎legal‬ property of the state and is your first enslavement at birth.
You are forced to go to school and suffer the education of false history.
Upon getting a ‪#‎mortgage‬ your home is the property of the ‪#‎bank‬, you must work to pay this ‪#‎debt‬ or loose your home.
Upon attainting ‪#‎employment‬ you are forced to work without proper renumeration or appreciation of circumstance or ‪#‎liberty‬.
The ‪#‎benefit‬ claimant is the property of the state and is forced to obey them.
The vulnerable and needy are slaves to the ‪#‎benefits‬ system as it enslaves their freedoms and life choices.
Our ‪#‎children‬ living on the streets and in care homes against their will are enslaved.
Our ‪#‎government‬ is a ‪#‎slave‬ to the ‪#‎corporations‬ as they obey them via the use of money.

In all of these situations one is controlled by another!

especially in the past should be removed from the definitions as it makes no logical sense as assumes that slavery is a thing of the past when it clearly is not.

slave |sleɪv| noun
(especially in the past) a person who is the legal property of another and is forced to obey them. he killed the natives or turned them into slaves.
• a person who works very hard without proper remuneration or appreciation: by the time I was ten, I had become her slave, doing all the housework.
• a person who is excessively dependent upon or controlled by something: the poorest people of the world are slaves to the banks | she was no slave to fashion.
• a device, or part of one, directly controlled by another: [ as modifier ] : a slave cassette deck. Compare with master1.
verb [ no obj. ]
work excessively hard: after slaving away for fourteen years all he gets is two thousand.
• [ with obj. ] subject (a device) to control by another: should the need arise, the two channels can be slaved together.

Petition: Real coverage of the Anti-austerity demo on the 21st of June

Real coverage of the Anti-austerity demo on the 21st of June.

Speak for yourself or they’ll speak for you
London, United Kingdom

Yesterday, London witnessed one of the largest demonstrations in its long political history as people from a range of backgrounds and from all over the UK converged against austerity. According to official estimates, around 50,000 people took part.

I attended the event and was proud to walk alongside comrades, politicians, union leaders and celebrities who had given up their Saturday in the hope of making their voice heard.

The tax payer; you and I, the people, we own the BBC and what do we pay for? A 25 second clip that frankly could have been recorded by anyone with a mobile?

I say hold the BBC accountable, I want to see a justifiable feature on the demo to make up for the complete lack of real coverage.

I don’t know if petitions really do work but the BBC NEEDS to hear what we have to say, sign the petition and complain to the BBC!

It WILL be sent to the BBC.

The 50,000 March against austerity that never happened!

The 50,000 March against austerity that never happened!

Yesterday 50,000 people turned up at the Governments doorstep and booed them down and it wasn’t even reported on the mainstream news.

Sometimes the truth changes!

sun,-moon,-and-the-truth-wallpapers_33918_1920x1200

In that all truth really is or is not is an intention met or not met.
A vibration of actual intention or not.
If we speak our truth and intend it and it is not so, this does not mean we did not speak truth, the world and the universe is in a constant state of flux and what might be true in one moment might not in another.

To be true, to speak truth is to speak with integrity without hiding your intentions and this is very different to a change of agenda, circumstance or situation.

Be, Be

Be, Be by Stu

Be with me, be subtle, be flexible, be adaptable.
Be like the tree whose branches bend in the wind, mindful of your purpose.
Rather than living life like brittle twigs that break off in a gale.
Treat each experience as a lesson, a learning, a moment of oneness.
Regardless of the outcome when coming from a place of oneness.
With love you find your strength to be whom you are.

What you resist persists, accept the present moment for life is now, step back to a place of witnessing, a place of calmness, stillness, become the observer.

Are you your thoughts, feelings and emotions when you react, when you break like a brittle twig?

Or are you able to flow with the wind, dance through life, evolve, become, ascend?

From sufferer to survivor to thriver you become.

Every Human has rights!

Basingstoke Local Authority infringes Human Rights (HATE CRIME CHILD ABUSE)

‪#‎HumanRights‬ ‪#‎ChildrensRights‬ ‪#‎MoneyFreeWorld‬

As far as I am aware UK Human Rights that by the way are not adhered to are mainly from the EU and International Law, again if I remember correctly and please update my memory if it is incorrect by leaving the EU and that is what they want us to do we will have hardly any Human Rights at all, for example in my case right now I can not report a child abuse and disability hate crime to the Police or the NSPCC as it was Basingstoke Local Authority representatives (Child Services) whom committed it, and I can only write a letter to the said corporation yet if I was to do any of those things, I would be arrested immediately, as a corporation they are in control of the Police and legislation this is what they Police them selves with, I have no idea how to even report my crimes as this is an Infringement of my Childrens and my own Human Rights under International and EU law maybe even the Geneva Convention as we are at war however what chance do I have of having these criminals punished?

They can’t give us Human Rights in this country because if they did we could have them arrested for not providing the rights to food, shelter and water as many homeless people, vulnerable and needy just can’t afford to supply these for them selves because of money, that is their get out clause, not my fault blame some one else after all, how is it our fault they starved or froze to death because we cut their benefits and they had no money, get a job?

That is an infringement of Human Rights but sounds to me remarkably like ATOS.

Basic Human Needs should be provided FREE at no money cost or else how can you make sure every Human gets them?

Instead of selling grain for profit lets use the money to build sustainable gardens and solar etc, so that the third world and the vulnerable can feed and shelter them selves without the need for aid, actually reducing the debt and the problem, the exploitation of their resources and massive debt creates gratitude for scraps and cheap labour.
